💌 Love Letters | Issue 3: The Courage to Come Undone
Because loving yourself doesn’t always look like rose quartz and perfect morning routines.

Hi love,
Let’s be real for a moment.
Sometimes healing looks like crying in your parked car because you finally told the truth.
Or feeling more exhausted than liberated after setting a boundary.
Sometimes, healing is not the radiant butterfly moment—it’s the cocoon. Tight. Uncertain. Unpretty.
And that’s okay.
We don’t talk enough about how unglamorous growth can feel. How coming back to yourself means breaking up with old patterns, identities, even relationships that once felt like home.
But here’s the thing:
✨Just because it feels messy doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.✨
It means you're deep in it.
It means your nervous system is learning new rhythms.
It means your soul is shedding anything that doesn’t match your truth anymore.
This isn’t performative healing.
This is soul work.
The kind that asks you to stay tender while you reclaim your power.
To stay rooted while everything familiar shifts.
To keep loving yourself through the parts that don’t look “strong” yet.
If you’re in that space—uncertain, undone, but still reaching for something truer—you’re not lost.
You’re becoming.
Let this be your reminder: the revolution doesn’t always roar. Sometimes, it whispers. Sometimes, it is wobbly. Sometimes, it takes us several tries to hit our mark.
So here is a love letter to the messy middle.
To the becoming, the unraveling, the not-quite-there-yet.
To the part of you that’s still trying, still healing, still holding on.
You are not broken—you are in process. And that is sacred.
Keep going. You’re doing beautifully.
With love,
Em ✨💜
